MY STYLE is empathic, intuitive and highly interactive. I believe that everyone has an inherent gift to heal. Through self-discovery, integration and transformation, clients engage in their own unique process of development.
MY APPROACH is a weaving of ancient and contemporary approaches transforming dysfunctional emotional habits creating a spiritual and personal psychotherapy. Using Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology and Neuroscience we explore the many ways we can understand and transform the powerful habits of reactivity.
