Anxiety Counseling

Anxiety is a very broad term and takes many different forms from a generalized fear and persistent worry to panic attacks, social phobias, and obsessive compulsive disorder (ocd) and post traumatic stress disorder (ptsd.) Research shows us that approximately one-quarter of the population or over 65 million people will at some point in their life suffer with anxiety disorder. You are certainly not alone if you are struggling with some of the symptoms of anxiety and stress. It seems like our lives are continually inundated by stress including, financial stress, loss, increased cultural demands, job stress, relationship problems, parenting, relocation and disaster to name just a few.
